At Deepa’s Vasthraalayam, we are committed to delivering your products quickly, securely, and efficiently. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 48 hours from the time they are placed, including weekends.
We strive to ensure timely processing to dispatch your order without delays.
2. Shipping Timeline
Once processed, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
Delivery times may be extended during festivals, peak seasons, or unforeseen courier issues.
Additional Options:
Same-Day Delivery: Available in select locations for orders placed before the cutoff time.
Next-Day Delivery: Available in select locations for orders placed before the cutoff time.
3. Prepaid Orders – Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on all prepaid orders across India.
Prepaid orders receive priority processing and faster dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) – 25% Partial Payment, OTP Verification & Balance on Delivery
Customers selecting COD must pay 25% of the total order value at the time of order placement.
OTP verification on the provided mobile number is mandatory, and orders cannot be placed without successful OTP confirmation.
The remaining balance will be collected upon delivery of the product.
If the customer is not available at home or unable to pay the remaining amount at delivery:
The delivery partner will attempt delivery once again the next day.
If the customer remains unavailable or refuses the order on the second attempt, the order will be canceled.
In such cases:
The 25% initial payment will NOT be refunded.
The product will be returned to our warehouse.
This policy ensures genuine transactions and helps prevent fraudulent COD orders. Please ensure your contact details are accurate and you are available at the delivery address.
5. Order Tracking
After shipping, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
Use this ID to monitor your shipment on the courier partner’s website.
6. Delivery Address & Responsibility
Please provide complete and accurate shipping details.
Deepa’s Vasthraalayam is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or recipient unavailability.
Returned orders due to such reasons may require additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
7. Package Damage Upon Delivery
If the package appears damaged:
Take clear photos before opening.
Record an unboxing video from start to end.
