All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to verify product sizes, specifications, and suitability before purchase.

All designs, logos, artwork, and content on our website and products belong exclusively to Deepa’s Vasthraalayam and are protected by copyright.

Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited and will be subject to legal action.

We take copyright protection seriously to safeguard our original designs.

4. Branding & Logo Usage

Our brand name, logo, and trademarks are proprietary.

Use of our branding or logo without prior written consent is prohibited to maintain authenticity.

5. Payment & Security

We use secure and trusted payment gateways to protect your transactions.

All online payments are encrypted, and we do not store sensitive payment information on our servers.

Payment options include prepaid payments and verified Cash on Delivery (COD) with OTP confirmation and initial advance.

For COD deliveries, 25% of the order value will be charged in advance as a partial COD payment.

Your privacy and payment security are our priorities.

We collect your information only to process orders and provide customer service.

We do not share your personal data with unauthorized third parties.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Exchange Policy explains eligibility, procedures, and timelines for refunds.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after verification and return.

Important Note for T-Shirts:
As T-shirts are designed and made based on your order specifications, sizing issues cannot be resolved by returns or exchanges.
Therefore, please check your size carefully before purchasing, as we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for T-shirts.

For Nighties, Sarees, Men’s and Women’s Dresses, and other products, returns and exchanges are accepted as per our policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

Deepa’s Vasthraalayam is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages from product use or website issues.

While we aim for continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability.
